After a brief career in the automobile business, Lance, who was always a quick study and an accomplished “Do it Yourselfer” around the house, began as framer for a construction company. As time went on and his list of talents grew, Lance obtained his General Contractors License. Unknowingly, it would be during this episode in his life that he would discover his true passion. Real Estate!

Upon this discovery and anxious to ‘get in the game’ Lance began as a Licensed Loan Officer for a small company in Huntington Beach. It wasn’t long before the owners harnessed Lance’s ambition and promoted him to manager of the entire operation.

Lance’s success in the lending trade has been built entirely upon referrals from friends and family. It was during this time that he began to increase his portfolio by virtue of buying real estate. He was instrumental in building a full service property management company to handle his investments.

Lance realized there was an opportunity for a full service property management company here in Orange County. His vision led him to create, along with his friend and co-founder, Carlos Duarte, Belarte’ Real Estate.

Lance is proud father of three girls. His wife of 27 years, Marlene is also a licensed real estate agent. Lance is an active, serving member at his church where he happily gives back of his talents. When not working, Lance can be found on fishing on his boat.
